All Instructors are trained and certified using Brown's Martial Arts Academy's standardized training program. The program ensures all instructors teach the martial arts within the philosophy and program developed by the Brown family and the United States Martial Arts Association. In addition, the program also builds the students personal confidence and development.
Instructor's Program Policy
- All Senior Brown Belts must attend a Junior Instructors training program, and First Degree Black Belts must attend an Instructors course before they can be promoted to their next rank. The courses are formally taught by all the Masters in a structured classroom and monitored practical class setting.
- Master candidates (Senior Third Degree Black Belts) receive formal individual training with the Senior Master Instructor. In addition, they must complete one year as Chief Instructor before promotion to Master.
- All Senior Brown Belts must attend a Junior Instructors training program, and First Degree Black Belts must attend an Instructors course before they can be promoted to their next rank. - Senior Instructors - Senior 2nd & 3rd Degree Black Belts
